PUNE RACE SELECTIONS AND RACE TIPS SEPTEMBER 20

Followers, Friends and Patrons,

Yesterday I wanted to scream loud and hard that FERMINA is not winning and there is something fishy about JAZZBYTHEBAY. FERMINA was looking grassy, I know at the first look that it is not winning and it will take some time to develop. Book makers made her a second favourite at 3’s started eating poor punters’ money and drifted out to 7’s. At that point I started feeling guilty for recommending FERMINA as my first choice. On the other hand JAZZBYTHEBAY was looking proverbial picture of a horse, it was in my radar for quite some time and its winning (go through my race analysis for race no. 2 in yesterday’s race card). Same thing has happened a day before with SPONTANEOUS, bookmakers made it a false favourite, eaten away all the money. Had there been a continuous communication with my followers, I would have avoided this and might have given 10 winners for this week’s two days’ of Mysore races (17 races held).  At this age (49) I’m finding it extremely difficult to maintain data updates (track, results, swimming and veterinary reports etc.) and my virtual speed rating updates. It’s taking 8-10 hours of my working time everyday. It is becoming inevitable to hire somebody to assist me in this “data maintaining and blog posting” task. I know it will be very difficult for common race goers on the street to follow a closed/membership based blog. I’m having a hard time deciding whether I should make this a paid site or not. Making it a paid site will help me increase the quality of my selections and also help me to recover some of the costs. My paid membership will have comprehensive race analysis and selections, live on-track updates, paddock handicapping, negative handicapping some times and money management tips specifically made for you. Please suggest and comment and take forward this discussion to a viable and logical conclusion. Race analysis: CHA CHA CHA, ARCHIMEDES both are well bred, has been prepared well. CHA CHA CHA may have a slight edge over ARCHIMEDES. PAPPILLON is one horse which is in my radar for its impressive win in 8F. Working well, can be a joker in the pack.

Race analysis: DHISHKYAON is well bred, has been prepared extremely well, ace jockey Sandesh astride, may not find it difficult to prevail in this race. COPPERGLOW is a well bred, its last run was suggestive, may go close. TO THE MOON  is a proven speedy customer, will be in the fighting line.

Race analysis: On paper, REYNOLDS seems to be in command with this race, but I’ve got my doubts about its preparation and well being. THE MINISTERIAN has won longer distanced races impressively, consolidated well, can be in the fighting line. OKAVANGO has ran with better class animals, but giving weight to all around, weight may prove to be a stopper.

Race analysis: AD ASTRA, camped in Bangalore for the summer has been prepared well, its last outing in summer where it finished 3^rd is an unwanted one. Got very good chance to prevail in this race. ELAHEH is well bred, impressed most with a forward run in its last outing, up in the distance may not go well.  SQUARE MOON is also well bred and prepared, cannot be ignored.

Race analysis: STRAWBERRY CRUSH is well bred and prepared, running at feather weights with ace jockey astride, will be in the fighting line. PRESENCE has been most consistent in its endeavours.  SNOWING, though giving lots of weight to its opposition, it’s a well performed horse, could be in the fighting line if handled judicially.

Race analysis: SOLOMON is bred well, has been prepared systematically keeping this race in mind, will be in the fighting line. SPIDER MAN and CLASSIC MOMENT are two horses which can pose a threat. SPIDER MAN warrants my nod, may go close to the winner.
