AS WELL. NARAYANA GOWDA DO IT WITH EASE IN BANGALORE. WE POOR AND UN-ORGANISED
PUNTERS FACE BRUNT. WE WILL DISCUSS WAYS TO TACKLE THIS MENACE IN THESE
COLUMNS.
